Nusrat Jahan Nishat is the Director of Administration & Finance at the Centre for Policy and Economic Research (CPER). She brings over 15 years of professional experience in human resources, administration, and organizational development. Prior to joining CPER, she served at Square Hospitals Ltd, where she gained extensive expertise in recruitment and selection, training and development, and labor law compliance.
Nishat holds a BBA and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Independent University, Bangladesh. She also completed postgraduate diplomas in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) and in Labor Law and Industrial Relations (PGDLLIR) from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Bangladesh. Her rich experience and academic background help drive effective human resource practices and sound financial administration at CPER.
