Fatema Tuj Juhura is a Research Intern at the Center for Policy and Economic Research (CPER), with a strong academic background in economics and hands-on field-based research experience. She completed her B.S.S. (Honours) in Economics with distinction from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Economics at the same institution.
She previously worked as a Field Enumerator at Inspira Advisory & Consulting Ltd., where she conducted In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), surveys, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) under the SMILE Project. In addition, she has completed a three-month intensive training in Research Methodology at Research Help BD, through which she developed advanced competencies in qualitative and quantitative research methods, data management, and ethical fieldwork practices.
Her research interests lie primarily in development economics, environmental and energy economics, with a particular focus on financial inclusion, sustainable livelihoods, sustainable energy, and climate-adaptive practices.
