Samiha Khan is an early-career economist currently working as a Research Intern at the Center for Policy and Economic Research (CPER). She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics from North South University. Besides, Samiha is interested in participating in economics-based research focused on multifaceted issues in social development, environmental well-being, energy sustainability, and women's empowerment, among others. She has published research articles in high-impact journals from Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, and Sage. Moreover, Samiha has extensive experience and knowledge regarding data cleaning, data analysis, and writing policy-oriented academic pieces. Furthermore, Samiha has received training in the use of STATA for data analysis from the Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT) at the University of Dhaka. Apart from this, Samiha has also completed an online training course titled 'Accelerating Private Sector Action to Respond to Climate Change,' organised by the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI).
