Md. Mamunur Rashid has been serving as the Manager, Programs & Communications at the Center for Policy and Economic Research (CPER) since July 2024. In this role, he supports the planning, coordination, and communication of CPER's research, training, and policy engagement activities. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Welfare from the University of Dhaka.
