Al Mamun is an economist at CPER, working on different issues related to the industry, labor market discrimination, poverty, international trade, and sustainable development. In addition, he is also interested in working on macroeconomic policies, energy, and environmental-related issues. Previously, he served Emerging Credit Rating Limited as a Senior Researcher and played a remarkable role in macroeconomic analysis, industry research, data bank development, and project management. He completed an undergraduate and postgraduate program in Economics from East West University, Bangladesh. He also obtained an advanced degree in Statistics from the same university.
