Md. Shahed Ahmed Khan is currently serving as an Associate in Business Research at the Center for Policy and Economic Research (CPER). With a strong background in finance and business research, he brings years of expertise in financial analysis, research, and industry evaluations to the team. Before joining CPER, Shahed worked as a Financial Analyst at Emerging Credit Rating Limited, where he was responsible for preparing independent credit rating reports, conducting industry analyses, and enhancing his communication skills by interacting with clients and presenting reports to internal committees.
Shahed's career also includes significant experience in the banking sector, having worked with Bank Alfalah Limited and Eastern Bank Limited, where he gained proficiency in customer relations, financial analysis, and credit management. Additionally, he served as an Officer in Finance and Accounts at Grameen Telecom Trust, contributing to the preparation of management reports and month-end reconciliations.
Shahed holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, both from North South University, Dhaka. He has completed various professional training programs, including courses on financial analysis, export-import procedures, and banking credit analysis.
