The mission of CPER is to carry out ethical, credible, and in-depth research of the highest international standard, generate and disseminate scientific knowledge, build individual and institutional capacity, provide technical support to public and private entities, and conduct evidence-based policy advocacy for advancing sustainable growth and development.
