Razu Ahmed
Research Associate

Razu Ahmed is working as a Research Associate at the Center for Policy & Economic Research (CPER). He is a social scientist by training with his MSS and BSS (Honors) from the Department of Sociology at the University of Rajshahi. He has also acquired substantial work experience in Public Health, Rule of Law and Governance related social and policy research. Over the last few years, Razu played different roles in some of the leading NGOs and think tanks of the country, including BRAC-Research and Evaluation Division (RED), Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) and Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies (BIDS). He is experienced in planning, organizing, and implementing qualitative and quantitative data collection processes, and providing guidance and direction to the field team for conducting high-quality data. His research interests include public policy and governance, public health, climate change concerns, sustainable development, climate resilient approach, financial and social inclusion
