Nusrat Jahan Nishat is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Manager of HR and Administration at the Center for Policy and Economic Research (CPER). She has extensive experience in various aspects of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, job analysis, performance evaluation, training and development, manpower planning, handling disciplinary issues, payment processing, leave management, employee clearance, and preparing HR-related documents and minutes.

At CPER, Nusrat oversees recruitment, performance evaluations, training initiatives, disciplinary matters, payment processing, leave management, employee clearance, and documentation. Prior to joining CPER, she worked in a senior role at the HR Department of SQUARE Hospitals Limited for over 13 years, gaining substantial expertise in the field.

Nusrat holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management from Independent University, Bangladesh. She has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM), Bangladesh.
