Her practical experience includes teaching and research coordination as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at East West University, where she assisted in preparing reports, assignments, and research projects for students.

She has enhanced her knowledge through professional training, including workshops on SPSS applications, Excel, and longitudinal data analysis. Beyond academics, Suborna has actively contributed to community and organizational initiatives, holding leadership roles in university clubs and volunteering at international conferences.
