Subrata Howlader is a seasoned Senior Business Research Consultant and Project Manager at the Center for Policy and Economic Research (CPER), bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. Prior to joining CPER, Subrata served as a Project Coordinator at Synergist Business Solutions Limited (SBSL), where he demonstrated exceptional skills in managing diverse projects across various business sectors.

With a strong background in project coordination, Subrata specializes in leading project feasibility studies, preparing and reviewing feasibility reports, financial modeling, scrutinizing company profiles, conducting industry analyses, and actively participating in client meetings for fee negotiation. His proficiency extends to delivering final project handover presentations, showcasing his dedication to ensuring successful project outcomes.

Before his role at SBSL, Subrata made significant contributions as a Senior Financial Analyst at Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL). During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the Special Project Team and Project Finance Team, where he managed a team of analysts and served as a member of the IRC Board Meetings. His responsibilities included reviewing credit rating reports for corporate entities, SMEs, and individuals, as well as assessing the creditworthiness of sectors such as power, banking, non-banking financial institutions, bonds, NGOs, and more.

In terms of education, Subrata holds a BBA and MBA from the National University of Bangladesh, followed by an additional MBA in Finance and Banking from IBA, Jahangirnagar University. Currently pursuing ACCA, Subrata is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest developments in the financial and business realms, underscoring his commitment to excellence in his field.
